Why am I being sent to amazon.com to purchase some of your products?

As some of you know, we sell many of our products in places other than our website. You can find our products listed on Ebay, Walmart, and of course, Amazon. We have worked hard to make sure prices and shipping (free) are the same wherever our products are sold so you can be sure you are always getting the same value. We need all of these sales outlets to stay competitive in the current world of retail.

In the past couple of years we have see Amazon become a more important part of our sales mix.  Because of this we are moving more of our products onto Amazon and introducing new products that we hope will perform well there.
Whenever we launch a new product we always inform our mailing list subscribers and social media followers first and try to include a special offer along with the announcement. This is a courtesy and benefit we feel is important to extend.

As we become more familiar with our sales channels, we have learned that we can maximize the value of the offer by directing you to Amazon to make your purchase rather than the using our website.

Please understand that these are our products.  When you purchase these products through Amazon, you are still buying them (indirectly) from SpitJack. They are only being fulfilled (stored and shipped) by Amazon. If you look on the upper right side of the Amazon product page you will see the notice “Sold by SpitJack and Fulfilled by Amazon”.

Through Amazon, we can offer you a better deal and shorter shipping times. At the same time (full disclosure) you will be helping us by improving our ranking on Amazon for that product.

How to leave a SpitJack product review or customer feedback for a SpitJack product you have purchased at amazon.com

To leave a product review:
  1. Go to the product detail page for the item on Amazon.com.
  2. Click Write a customer review in the Customer Reviews section.
  3. Click Submit.

To upload a video review, or if you prefer the old review page:

  1. Click the link beside Uploading a video? Looking for the older review page?

    Note: This feature is currently not supported on mobile devices. Please upload your video review using a computer.

  2. In Share your Opinion, select whether you wish to submit a video or written review.
  3. Write or upload your review
  4. Click Preview your review to make sure your review appears as intended.
  5. Click Publish review to submit.

**Please note: We will send you an email about a week after your order from Amazon with this information, as well as the links to your products for review. 

To leave feedback for an order:
  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Find your order, and then select the options that best reflect your experience.
  3. Click Submit Feedback.

Note: It can take up to 3 days after the order is completed or canceled for the "Leave seller feedback" button to appear next to the order in Your Orders page. You have 90 days from the date of your order to leave your rating and comments.
