Why am I being sent to Amazon to purchase some SpitJack products?
SpitJack products are available through several sales channels, including SpitJack.com, Amazon, Walmart, and other selected marketplaces. We use these channels so customers can choose the purchasing option that works best for them.
Some SpitJack products may be offered through Amazon because Amazon can provide convenient ordering, fast delivery, and reliable fulfillment. In some cases, a promotion or product announcement may direct you to Amazon rather than SpitJack.com.
These are still SpitJack products. When a product is sold by SpitJack and fulfilled by Amazon, Amazon stores and ships the order on our behalf. On the Amazon product page, you can check the seller and fulfillment information near the purchase options.
We continue to encourage customers to shop directly at SpitJack.com as well. Some products, replacement parts, accessories, special offers, and information may only be available on our website.
No matter where you purchase a SpitJack product, our customer service team is available to help with product selection, use, troubleshooting, replacement parts, and warranty questions.
How to leave a review for a SpitJack product purchased on Amazon
If you purchased a SpitJack product through Amazon and would like to leave a product review, you can usually do so through your Amazon account.
- Sign in to your Amazon account.
- Go to Your Orders.
- Find the SpitJack product you purchased.
- Select the option to Write a product review or Review your purchase.
- Follow Amazon's instructions to submit your review.
Amazon may also allow you to add photos or video to a review, depending on the product, device, and current Amazon review options.
How to leave seller feedback
Product reviews and seller feedback are different. A product review is about the product itself. Seller feedback is about your experience with the order and seller.
To leave seller feedback, sign in to Amazon and go to Your Orders. Find the appropriate order and look for the option to leave seller feedback.
Amazon periodically changes the location and wording of its review and feedback options, so the exact steps you see may differ.
