Will use for skillets, pots, boil water, etc. 1.) Flat enough to use it this way? 2.) 28" depth include handles? 3.) Cook heights 10.5" and 15" are from surface to top of the cook surface/grate? Thx.

There is a slight pitch towards the front, but it should be OK. 28" includes handles, yes. Your height measurements are correct,

How do you remove the handles? I want to get this for a pizza oven with a 12X20 opening, and looking for something that can go completely in. If the handles can snap on/off, this would be perfect.

How does this thing stand up? I think I’m missing a part. There are holes in the base to accept some kind of bolt or rod but nothing in the kit I received
