SpitJack offers free standard shipping on all products within the contiguous 48 United States. We also offer UPS Ground and expedited UPS services for customers who prefer UPS or need faster delivery. Most orders ship from our facility in Florence, Massachusetts, although some products may ship directly from a manufacturer or distributor.

Free Standard Shipping

All SpitJack product prices include free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. We select the carrier and service based on the products ordered, destination, package size and weight, cost, and expected delivery time. Depending on the shipment, we may use UPS, USPS, or another appropriate service. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless specifically stated otherwise.

UPS Shipping Options & Shipping Credits

Customers who prefer UPS or need faster delivery may select UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air Saver at checkout when available. Standard shipping is already included in our product prices, so the amount shown is the additional cost of the selected UPS service after a shipping credit has been applied. The credit varies with merchandise value and may sometimes cover the entire cost of UPS Ground.

Multi-Item Orders

Because standard shipping is included in each product price, multi-item orders may sometimes include more built-in shipping than is needed when items ship together. We may issue a shipping adjustment or refund when appropriate, and customers are welcome to contact us for a shipping review.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time on business days are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the next business day. Products shipped directly from a manufacturer or distributor may have different processing times. Delivery times vary by service, destination, fulfillment location, weather, holidays, and carrier conditions. Orders shipped from Massachusetts often arrive within 1–2 business days in much of the Northeast, while more distant destinations may take several business days.

Expedited & Time-Sensitive Orders

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver may be available for eligible orders. Carrier transit time begins after the shipment has been processed and accepted by the carrier. If your order must arrive by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking & Delivery Problems

Tracking information is sent by email when available. Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from more than one location. If a shipment is delayed, missing, shown as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and may replace the merchandise, provide replacement parts, or issue an appropriate refund.

International Shipping

International orders are handled manually rather than through website checkout. Please contact us for availability and a custom shipping quote. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an error after ordering, please contact us immediately. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
