The thermometer is perhaps the most important tool for a serious barbecue cook. Coorect temperature must be seriously condisered in a number of ways if you want the best results. You need to constantly monitor not only the temperture of the meat but the cooking chamber as well. This unit does all of that with great accuracy and reliability (unlike most of the other models being sold). It is an industrial quality insturment built for performance and durability. It is versatile - there are many different attachements for diferent uses (one probe goes up to 2500F!)
The TW8060 is a simple-to-use 2-channel thermocouple alarm thermometer with convenient backlit display. An ideal cooking thermometer, the 2K can monitor your food item and the oven temperature simultaneously and alert you when it’s done. Also records Max and Min temperatures of both channels so you’ll know what limits were reached during your process. A handy tool in a small, compact package.

- Smoke House Penetration Probe - Stainless Overbraid
Penetration probe with stainless steel overbraid and 90 degree bend. 78" lead. Max temp: 482°F (250°C).
- Crocodile Clip Oven Probe
Stainless steel overbraid protects this probe along with a fiberglass inner sheath. A small clip allows you to place it right where you need it. 78" lead. Max temp: 662°F (350°C).
