This pins are a great way to make sure your pig, lamb or goat stays securely fastened to the spitduring the cooking process. To use these YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE HOLES DRILLED THROUGH YOUR SPIT at least 3/8" in diameter. These are made from stainless steel threaded rod and come with 2 wing nuts and oversized fender washers for continuos tightening capability and a cap nut to help drive the pin through the meat.
