Prior to buying the XB50 I spoke to Bruce who willing shared some great ideas on how to attach the pig as well as keep the fire at a constant temp. My first attempt was a 44 lb. pig and the experience was both entertaining and delicious. It took 3 of us to wrestle the pig on the spit but some of that was due to inexperience... 2 will work fine next time. Setup was easy and we had everything we needed to be successful The pig held tight to the spit for 5+ hours. We will do this again many times.

I haven't even received the Spit, but just from the knowledge and great customer service while inqurieng about a piece of bbq equipment that I have never used before warranted this glowing review... Every other company I spoke with was flat, only looking to sell something to make a dime, not ever thinking about your needs . The experience was outstanding in an era of slipping care for customers...We look fwd to enjoying this over memorial weekend

We ordered a 50 pound pig. The machine was flawless in operation. Included items were very sufficient in binding that bad boy on there. Spun for 7 hours.

No problems at all with the machine, the only other thing I had to buy was a basting mop

Delivered on time. Well packaged. Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Because it is made to be used on the ground level, I will need to use bricks under the support legs to raise it up to a heighth I can work with. I'm a 'gal' and I put it together myself. Next, rotisserie the pig!
