As good as a product that our SpitJack Magnum Meat Injector was, there were two or three things we had on a wish list:
1. A larger capacity model with a bigger brine barrel
2. A brine barrel that would never break
3. A simple storage/protective case for the injector and accessories
Well, have #1 and #3 on the drawing board and #2 has arrived! A different kind of plastic is now being used that isn't as thick or transparent, but will not crack or break as a few of the old ones did.
If you have an older barrel that has cracked, please let us know and we will replace it free of charge.
