The gun is nice, constructed well. If you think it will be great for smaller cuts of meat, it isn't w/o the smaller needle. I bought the gun and case, it came with 2 needles. When it arrived I realized the needles were too thick for smaller meats and bought the small needle (over $10.00 shipping for a needle!). If you're going to purchase this item get the whole kit with the four needles. I have spent more for the gun, case and three needles than the whole kit would cost w/ an extra needle.
Shipping is ridiculously expensive! I pray I don't ever have to buy anything else from this site (shipping charges).

Cet engin est proprement fantastique à tous les points de vue :
Tout d'abord la solidité et le soin avec lequel il est construit.
Ensuite la facilité d'utilisation. Celui qui a essayé un jour d'injecter de la saumure ou de la marinade avec une simple seringue me comprendra.
Je le recommande volontiers à tous les bbqiuteurs et à tous ceux qui veulent faire des préparations saumurées.

I BOUGHT 2,1 FOR ME AND A FRIEND.I HAVE A NICE INJECTOR BUT IT WONT DELIVER SPICES AS IT CLOGS,SO WOW THE SPITJACK DELIVERS MINCED GARLICK,ONION,RED PEPPER FLAKES AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO USE.TODAY I COOKED 1 BOSTON BUTT AND 1 PICKNIC ON MY NEW LANG SMOKER AND I INJECTED THEM LAST NIGHT WITH HOT TERRIAKI AND DID A DRY RUB.9 HOURS LATER THE MOST TENDER AND FLAVOUR YOU CAN IMAGINE.I SAW A YOUTUBE VIDEO AND HAD TO HAVE ONE,PIGS WILL GET VACCINATED WITH MY SPITJACK FROM NOW ON HAHAHAHAHA.GREAT PRODUCT. |

I am based in New Zealand so not easy for me to view this product. Took a risk and ordered. Delivered promptly and what a fantastic surprise. This product is almost industrial strength in it's weight and quality. Well worth buying - absolutely fantastic value. Ordering the accessories as well now. Thanks Spitjack

Our team swears by this injector. We keep one in our tool kit and I have one at home for use. I love the ability to interchange needles to suit our use. Depending on the meat injected, we use the multi-hole or the single needle. Spreads our injections out evenly, resulting in less liquid in the pan after injection is done. I don't know what we would do if we didnt have these products. I get alot of looks from folks when I am using the Spitjack, and send them to the website so they order and/or get more info. Thank you for making a great product!! |
