This is the perfect (and very hard to find) size (13 inch) drip pan for the Kamado Joe or any other "large" style round ceramic grill & smoker. Whether you are smoking or roasting, you will need something to catch the fat and drippings from incinerating or just causing a mess. You can add water or whatever liquid you choose in the 2 inch deep pan to create a more moist cooking environment and reduced burning.
