- The offset firebox
contains a charcoal grill perfect for grilling steaks and burgers.
- The horizontal
cooking chamber can maintain the ideal barbecuing temperature of 250
degrees for hours. This temperature is the perfect spot for cooking ribs,
brisket, pork roasts and chicken.
- The vertical slow
smoking chamber cooks at temps from 160-200 degrees and is perfect for
sausage, fish, turkey, jerky and even cheese.
The 16" Ranger firebox is 16" diameter x
20" long and includes a charcoal grate and cooking grate. The horizontal chamber
is 16" diameter x 40" long and has 560 square inches of cooking area. It comes
with chrome cooking grates and a clean out tool. The Vertical chamber is 16" x
48" tall. It contains three 15" round cooking racks and a hanging rod in the top
of the chamber for hanging large items.

1/4" thick plate steel and eliminates "Hot Spots" during the slow smoking

Chamber Charcoal Grate (9" x 30")
This is what you would place at the bottom of the cooking chamber if you were
going to use the cooking chamber as a grill. It keeps the charcoal elevated,
provides airflow and prevents abnormal stress on the bottom of the chamber.

This industrial grade, stainless steel thermometer is a perfect fit for most
smokers. It is hermetically sealed, accurate, and has large numbers for easy
reading. The thermometer fits 13/16" smooth ports or 1/2" NPT threaded port.
