Pulling pork is fun, I guess, but I like to do it right - by hand. And if I've done the job right, that pork is about 190F. Too hot for my bare hands so I've been using these big heavy "skin diver" gloves or bear paws (they tear it up too much). This system provides all the heat protection I need plus gives me full felling and dexterity. Reusable too!
