Buying a ceramic grill is different than buying a "normal" grill. With your average Weber or most propane rigs, the grill comes ready to use with everything you need but the fuel, food and a simple tool or two. With a ceramic grill, to get it to do everything the ads promise, you have to buy a few accessories. A special cart or some kind of table is needed so it won't just sit directly on your deck. If you want to smoke, you will need some kind of heat deflector system. Then there's pizza stones and extender racks, etc.
For Kamado Joe, we have a full line of accessories, both factory issue and some of our own inventions all designed to extend and improve performance. We also have a bunch of other suggestions for products that we found add something to the ceramic cooker experience. |
