We send out tracking information for each order (if you have chosen to send UPS and have included your email address withe the order). When a shipping label is created your order is put into the UPS system and an email notification is automatically sent to you with tracking information. This should occur either on the day you order or the next business day at about 6:00 PM EST. You can go to the UPS website from the link in the email and follow the progress of your order along with an estimated delivery time. We can also easily provide you with this information as well.
We do not have tracking information for most packages sent via US Postal (unless they were sent Express or special delivery).
If you have a customer account here and you have placed a previous order while logged in, you can access that order information by logging in and clicking the "Customer Order History" link.
If you think that there might be a problem with the delivery of an order regardless of how or where it was shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
