We are pleased to offer live chat as one of our customer service options. This feature provides our customers with an easy way for immediate assistance while shopping. It is service that we contract to be able to monitor (anonymously) your activity while you are on the web site. We get certain information about your visit (where your Internet service originates from and what pages you have visited) but don't know who you are or what your email address is or any other private personal information. Our live chat service lets us manually pop-up a small message during your visit asking if you need any help. This is not done automatically but by a customer service representative who feels you might benefit from it based on your recent activity.
If live chat is active, a button will appear that reads "Live (ON) Chat", on this page, on each main product display page and on some checkout pages. Clicking on the button will open a window and initiate a live chat with one of our customer service representatives.
If the button reads "Live (OFF) Chat", our service is unavailable or temporarily turned off. Chat is active most business hours (M-F 11-5 EST) and other times depending on scheduling.
